Poem #50: Fur

My lady has a bonny face
eyes and nose all in their place
cap of fur on regal head
but it's not until we wed
I shall ask her "Friend or faux?"
Secret only she can know
Teasing lashes, dimpled cheek
she will tell me in a week
all her secrets, one by one,
under moonlight, under sun.
